Core Subject Future Teacher- September 2026
Future Teachers Programme (SCITT) – Core Subject Graduates Wanted Teaching Personnel Liverpool is proud to be working in partnership with a high-performing mainstream secondary school in North Liverpool to recruit the next generation of exceptional teachers through our highly successful Future Teachers Programme (SCITT Pathway). We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and passionate graduates who are eager to begin a rewarding career in teaching from September 2026. This is an ideal opportunity for aspiring teachers ready to take their first steps into education, gain paid classroom experience, and progress into a fully qualified teacher training route within a supportive and nurturing school environment. About the Future Teachers Programme (SCITT Pathway) Our Future Teachers Programme is designed to support graduates who aspire to become teachers but wish to gain hands-on experience before committing to Initial Teacher Training. Over the course of the academic year, you will work in a structured, developmental role within the school before progressing onto the School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme on-site. This provides a seamless transition from support role → trainee teacher → qualified teacher (QTS). - A strong academic background in their subject
