Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming early years setting in Liverpool that is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5, and who wants to make a real difference in the early stages of children's development.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and development
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Supporting children's individual needs, including those with SEND
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to learning journals
What We're Looking For:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3)
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Solid understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
