Role Overview

As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier HR candidates and client organizations
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and skills matching
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent HR positions
• Develop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent pools

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR and payroll recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful permanent placements
• Strong networker with a proactive approach
• Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
• Experience of managing both candidates and clients and guidance through the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Recruitment experince in a professional services sector preferred
• Recruitment or HR certification advantageous
