Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Full-time position until the end of the academic year
- Commitment through to July 2026 initially
- Earn up to £530 per week
- Provide both 1:1 tailored support for children with additional needs and general classroom assistance
- Collaborate with skilled teachers to deliver engaging, play-based Early Years activities

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant , you’ll work closely with the class teacher to guide and support pupils during their first experiences of school life. You’ll assist in lessons, encourage active participation, monitor progress, and provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.
This role offers the chance to deepen your understanding of Early Years education, develop practical classroom experience, and gain valuable insight into early child development — all of which will provide an excellent foundation for future teacher training.
