Semi Senior Tax Accountant

Tremendous opportunity for a newly started CTA to join this prestigious accountancy practice, working within the tax team, under the supervision of a Manager and Partner.
Responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients, split across personal and corporate tax.

Duties-

To work closely with contact partner for each client; checking all incoming and outgoing post, daily.

Liaison with HMRC in dealing on behalf of clients.

Personal Tax:-

Processing personal tax cases varying in complexity between straightforward repayment claims and high network individuals, including company directors, self-employed individuals and partnerships

Corporation Tax:-

Preparation of computations and returns, which may include personal tax affairs of the directors.

Responsible for monitoring the corporation tax status of companies, producing monthly reports to ensure that contact partners and managers are fully aware of the clients’ corporation tax position.

Experience Needed:-

A willingness to progress and development tax knowledge

Good knowledge of Tax

Ability to work on multiple accounts simultaneously.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English, both written and verbal.

Good time management with ability to meet deadlines.

Flexible attitude, with ability to prioritise workloads.
