Duties:

• Delivering engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4.
• Setting up and supervising safe practical experiments in the lab.
• Explaining scientific concepts in simple, easy-to-understand ways.
• Marking student work and helping them track their progress.
• Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Preparing Year 11 students for their GCSE Science exams

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Science subject.
• Experience teaching the UK Secondary Science curriculum.
• A commitment to lab safety and student engagement.
• A valid DBS check (or the willingness to apply for a new one).
