Job Advert: School Administrator Everton Primary School Location: Everton Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time OR Part Time Join Our School Community! Everton Primary School is a warm, friendly and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to flourish. We are looking for a highly organised, approachable and enthusiastic School Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of our school office. About the Role As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will be a vital ambassador for our school. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils and managing front‑of‑house queries Maintaining accurate school records and databases Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting Producing letters, documentation and communication for parents Assisting with admissions and pupil data Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team General office duties such as answering calls, email management and filing About You We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with people Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient with IT systems (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable but not essential) Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills Passionate about helping create a positive school environment Experience in a school office is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.
