Project Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool. This role plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of public sector construction projects, acting as a central point of coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
From the early Expression of Interest stage through to contract award and project completion, you’ll help ensure projects run smoothly, data is accurate, and communication is clear and professional at all times. The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support live and upcoming projects across a range of frameworks, helping to monitor performance, manage reporting, and resolve issues as they arise. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining high standards of delivery, transparency, and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyse, and share project data using a range of IT systems and platforms
Act as a central point of contact for clients and contractors, handling project-related queries professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with contractors on live projects to ensure KPIs and monthly reports are submitted on time
Review KPI and project performance reports, identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement
Share accurate KPI data internally and externally with clients and consultants
Escalate and feedback project issues internally to support timely resolution
Maintain up-to-date project directories for all live projects
Communicate internally when projects reach key status milestones
Share KPI and Social Value data internally, supporting wider organisational reporting and sustainability goals
Support contractors and clients with reporting processes via the database system
Coordinate Soft Market Testing for new project opportunities and provide procurement feedback to end-user clients
Assist clients throughout the tender process, from Expression of Interest through to contract award
Run financial analytics reports for framework contractors and flag any areas of concern
Produce regular updates and reports for the wider team on tenders and consultant appointments
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
Experienced in handling data, reporting, and multiple IT systems
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proactive, solution-focused, and professional at all times
