About You

Who will you be supporting?

• There are 3 of us who share the home.
• We require full assistance in our home some have mobility issues our needs are different some are verbal others are nonverbal so you will need to spend time with us to see how we communicate with you. We have a support team who understand our needs and know how to support us.

What is important to us?

• We all have different personalities and enjoy different things, but we also enjoy living together and we may go out on activities together.
• We enjoy going out in community for days out some like to go out for meals or meet family walks but at home we enjoy music and TV
• We require the staff team to be varied of personalities, but they all need to be caring and empathic

Other Important Information?

• We have at least 2 x staff on day shifts 08:00-20;00
• We have 1 x waking night 20;00-08;00
• We need staff to have training and we need them to be flexible and we also need some staff to be able to drive as we like to go out and about in our Car.
• You must have a UK drivers licence to be considered for this role
