Clinical Negligence Associate
As a Clinical Negligence Associate your duties will includeL
- Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on clinical negligence matters.
- Conduct thorough case investigations, including reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
