You'll bring strong experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs, commercial contracts, and loan agreements, ideally gained within a corporate or financial services environment. Success in this role comes from your ability to work autonomously, manage documentation efficiently, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
