Planning Lawyer (5 yrs + PQE)
A new opportunity, which offers unrivalled prospects, has arisen for a Planning Law Specialist.
You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of work for clients with interests and concerns in green belt land; regeneration and development; affordable housing; listed buildings; change of use; energy, transport and infrastructure projects.
You will play a pivotal, client-facing role and be responsible for the development of planning services. Gravitas, enthusiasm and excellent organisational & communication skills are essetnial.
Senior lateral hire enquiries are most welcome. All applications of experienced planning specialists will be considered – the nature of the role requires not less than 5 years’ pqe (or equivalent) in terms technical skills required - gained in either local authority or private practice.
As well as managing free-standing instructions and projects for clients, you will also enjoy working closely and providing specialist support to the real estate, construction and litigation teams. Previous experience is likely to include:
• Compulsory Purchase Orders
• Applications and Objections on Planning Permissions
• Appeals, Reviews and Inquiries
• Section 106 and section 278 agreements
