Duties and responsibilities
The Junior Business Development Executive will support the Managing Director in generating new business opportunities, building prospect pipelines, and strengthening relationships with decision-makers. This is not a “hard sales” — it is a structured, professional development position focused on learning how commercial growth works in practice

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone confident, personable and highly organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to apply new skills quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate would have a genuine interest in pursuing a future career in Business Development Management and be eager to gain hands-on experience within a growing company.

This will provide direct training and mentorship from the company owners, as well as structured development support from a Senior Business Development Consultant and our Operations/Area Supervisor. The intern will gain practical exposure to client communication, sales processes, operational structure, and commercial growth strategy.
