Phoenix 2 Retail is one of the UK's fastest-growing companies in Europe, offering global FMCG brands a unique route-to-market service. We're building a team to launch Ignite , an innovative global brand in vapes and nicotine pouches, into the UK market.
The Role
As Brand Activation Manager , you'll be the face of Ignite in your region, driving distribution and brand awareness across independent retail and wholesale. Your responsibilities include:
✅ Identifying and securing new distribution points
✅ Building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers
✅ Dering excellent in-store execution and wholesale event activation
✅ Gathering market insights to optimise launch strategies
About You
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales (field or internal)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Strong relationship-building and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
