Airside Driver (Hiring Immediately)

✈️ We are recruiting Airside Drivers to join our team in Liverpool, supporting airfield operations in a secure environment

This role is running from May to October 2026 , ideal for professional drivers seeking structured night shifts within a unique airport setting.

You will play a key role in transporting passengers safely between the terminal and aircraft using operational vehicles on the airside of the airport.

What’s on offer:

• Client: Wilson James
• Location: Liverpool Airport
• Contract Duration: May – October 2026
• Start Date: May 2026
• Pay: £13.30 per hour
• Hours: 42 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
• Shift Times: 20:00 – 08:00 (Night shifts)

Primary Responsibility – Driving:

• Driving operational airside vehicles
• Transporting passengers to and from aircraft safely and efficiently
• Full training provided (including Cobalt 3000)
• Operating in line with strict airside safety regulations
• Delivering excellent customer service during passenger transfers

Additional Responsibility – Aviation Security:

• Supporting aviation security procedures
• Assisting with access control and compliance tasks
• Maintaining high safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• No more than 3 points on licence
• Minimum 21 years of age (security clearance requirement)
• Strong awareness of safety and responsibility
• Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts

✅ Previous professional driving experience (e.g. bus, coach, airside, transport, logistics, or shuttle services) is beneficial but not essential.
