Unitemps Compliance Administrator Placement
Ringfenced to LJMU students and recent graduates only.
Unitemps are offering a 4.5 month placement
Start Date mid - end April flexible
This post is to work within the Unitemps recruitment team, reporting to the Branch Manager. As Compliance Administrator, you will be working with high volume of confidential and personal data and will provide the administration for the full spectrum of recruitment support for university departments and external clients. The post-holder will also assist with the promotion of the Unitemps service across Merseyside, the University and to prospective student & graduate clients.
This is a key requiring the ability to work largely independently, often on your own initiative, juggling multiple tasks and working to tight time pressure. You must represent both Unitemps and the University in a highly professional manner at all times, up to Senior Management level.
Duties and responsibilities
- Check workers’ identity documents, in accordance with government rules & regulations
- Respond to telephone, face to face and email enquiries. This includes advising customers on various issues including payroll, timesheets, absence, holiday pay, references and website queries
- Uploads/management/cleansing of data on recruitment system
- Provide administrative support to the Internal Recruitment Consultants and support the Branch Manager
- Arrange interviews and send confirmation emails
- Support with job offers
- Support the wider Unitemps team as and when required
- Manage the Social media channels, update regularly and keep up to date with any changes/celebrations/Jobs.
- working with the manager to support and develop the social media strategy.
Skills and experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people from both on and off campus, over the phone and in person.
- Able to prioritise quickly and manage a variety of tasks within deadlines.
- Proactive and forward thinking.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in an administrative .
- Experience in social market trends and development of small social media channels.
