Forming part of a larger commercial and property team, you can expect to be involved in excellent quality work across all aspects of sales and purchase, leasehold transactions, property finance and corporate support work.
The firm as a whole is instructed by a diverse range of local and regional businesses of all shape and size, from start-ups and OMBs to larger corporates. It is also instructed by an increasing number of agricultural and rural services clients. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the future growth and development of this niche sector.
Applications are welcome at associate level, as well as more senior and lateral hire. If you are able to introduce clients, in addition to advertised remuneration, a tailored remuneration package will be discussed. There is a flexible and hybrid working policy in place providing flexibility and autonomy to achieve a sensible work/life balance.
