Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating theatres, equipment and instruments.
- Provide skilled scrub assistance to surgeons during procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and infection-control standards.
- Support the theatre team with safe, effective perioperative practice.
Essential Requirements
- Registered NMC Nurse.
- Proven experience as a Theatre (Anesthetics, Scrub).
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge of surgical procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date mandatory training.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
