We are building out a new SDR team in Liverpool and are looking for an experienced SDR who is looking for the next step in their career. You will bring a passion for coaching and mentoring the next group of entry level SDR’s and play a key role in the success of the team.
Alongside the leadership elements, you will be hands on with speaking to businesses to understand their IT, Cyber and Telecoms infrastructure.
The role of the Senior SDR is crucial to our success in building a diverse and profitable base of customers. A successful Senior SDR will motivate a team to generate opportunities to engage with businesses, allowing us to work with them to become a long-term trusted advisor.
This role is Liverpool based with the expectation of limited travel to other offices to support Sales days.
Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.
What you’ll do
- Manage, coach and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Work with Marketing Managers to deliver calling campaigns into existing customers and prospect data.
- Identify opportunities and generate appointments to build a strong pipeline of new business.
- Understand customers’ business goals and demonstrate how technology can accelerate their growth
- Generate leads and referrals for additional products and services.
- Maintain customer records in our CRM system
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on team performance.
- Support your team to exceed targets while creating a positive, high-energy work environment.

- Proven experience in tech sales.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
- Persuasive negotiation skills, combined with a polite, friendly manner.
- Patience and skill to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Desirable:
- Previous Team Leader experience
