🏡 About the Organisation We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run, not-for-profit children’s residential provider that has been delivering high-quality care since 2010.
This organisation is built around investing in staff, stability, and long-term outcomes for young people, rather than profit margins. They currently operate six homes, all rated Good by Ofsted
The leadership team is extremely hands-on, supportive, and genuinely passionate about providing safe, nurturing environments for children and staff alike.
👩‍👧 About the Home This role is based within two solo placement EBD home supporting one young person in a stable, low-risk environment.
✔ Current placement settled and engaging well
✔ Attends school daily
✔ No recorded incidents
✔ Fully staffed and stable team

👤 About the Role As Registered Manager, you will:
✅ Lead and develop a stable, supportive staff team
✅ Ensure high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
✅ Maintain and develop a therapeutic, child-centred environment
✅ Work closely with a highly supportive and accessible Operations Manager
✅ Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
✅ Maintain strong safeguarding and care planning standards

📚 Essential Requirements 🔹 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
🔹 Experience within Children’s Residential Care
🔹 Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
🔹 Passion for delivering high-quality, child-focused care
