About Claritee
Claritee works with businesses to support wellbeing, performance and sustainable behaviour change.
Our work often sits at the intersection of content, culture and lived experience, helping organisations have more honest, human conversations around topics like alcohol, mental health and performance.
Claritee Circle is our digital wellbeing platform, bringing together events, content, communities and trusted partners in one place.
It helps individuals and businesses discover the right support for their wellbeing journey, making it easier to connect, learn and take action.
Content plays a big role in how they do this.
That’s where you come in.
The role
This is a hands on apprenticeship for someone who wants to build a career in digital media.
You’ll be working across video, social content and live delivery, learning how content is created, processed and distributed across different platforms.
It’s a mix of creative and technical. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet, just an interest in learning.
You’ll contribute to content for Claritee Circle , our wellbeing platform designed to make support feel more accessible, human and connected, helping people discover the right tools, communities and conversations for them.
What you’ll be doing
Media handling & delivery
Supporting the organisation, preparation and management of video and media assets
Processing long-form content (events, podcasts, interviews, webinars) into platform-ready formats
Ensuring files are correctly formatted, labelled and stored
Learning how different platforms handle media and adapting outputs accordingly
Social & content production
Creating and editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
Writing captions and contributing to creative ideas
Supporting a consistent content schedule
Helping maintain brand tone and quality across all outputs
Live & near-live content support
Assisting with webinars, live socials and virtual events
Carrying out basic technical checks (audio, video, captions, uploads)
Supporting post-event editing and redistribution
Monitoring & performance
Checking content publishes and plays correctly across platforms
Spotting and escalating technical issues
Supporting basic performance reporting
Learning how analytics informs better content decisions
Learning & development
Completing your Broadcast Media Level 3 apprenticeship
Building both creative and technical skills
Developing a strong understanding of digital media workflows
What we’re looking for
You don’t need formal experience, attitude matters more.
You might be a good fit if you:
Are interested in social media, video and digital content
Enjoy being creative but are also curious about how things work behind the scenes
Like learning new tools and platforms
Are organised and pay attention to detail
Are open to feedback and want to improve
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut or mobile editing apps is a bonus, but not essential.
An interest in wellbeing, behaviour change or meaningful content is important.
You don’t need to be sober, just open minded and curious about the space.
What you’ll gain
Hands-on experience creating real content for a growing business
Exposure to both live and on-demand media production
A blend of creative and technical skills
A recognised Broadcast Media Level 3 qualification
Ongoing support, training and mentoring
