CDM Principal Designer
* Help clients and design teams identify risks early, preventing issues later in construction
* Work alongside architects, engineers and consultants to develop safe and practical design solutions
* Prepare and maintain important documentation including: * Pre-construction information
* Design risk assessments
* Health and safety files * Visit sites when needed to make sure designs support safe construction
* Guide project teams on CDM requirements and effective safety practices

You will likely have: * Around 5 years' experience as a CDM Principal Designer or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and related legislation
* The confidence to guide clients and design teams on health and safety matters
* Strong communication skills and a practical approach to managing risk
