Delivery Project Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract Type: permanent

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Project Manager to support the delivery of technology, business transformation, and partner enablement projects across FairPlay Sports Media. This role is suited to someone with proven project delivery experience who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and is eager to take ownership of impactful initiatives.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and with measurable impact. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will be comfortable operating in an evolving team, helping to build structure while remaining pragmatic and focused on the bigger picture.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of projects across internal technology, business transformation, and operations workstreams, as well as external partner enablement initiatives.
  • Coordinating project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Managing the delivery of technology, product, SEO, marketing, and business readiness activities for partner integrations.
  • Driving clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress, managing risks, and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for visibility and accountability.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of delivery processes and best practices.
You Will Be Accountable For

  • Delivering projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Ensuring smooth coordination between teams and operational readiness post-delivery.
  • Managing dependencies and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing regular updates and reporting on progress, KPIs, and outcomes.
  • Acting as a role model for demonstrating best-in-class project management and service standards across the organisation.
  • Driving stakeholder and partner satisfaction by ensuring clear communication, smooth delivery experiences, and collaborative engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Skillset

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in project management working with technology, SaaS, or digital.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, complex settings.
  • Full project lifecycle experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence in externally facing roles.
  • High social and emotional intelligence, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Pragmatic and solutions-focused, with the ability to keep the big picture in mind.
  • Comfortable working within an evolving environment, shaping delivery approaches to fit the business context
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Highly organised, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
