The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for languages.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies aligned with the national curriculum.
- Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and ensure all students reach their full potential.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Modern Foreign Languages department.
- Contribute to the school's continued success and commitment to excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching French and/or Spanish.
- A passion for languages and a commitment to inspiring a love of learning in students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons.
- A strong track record of achievement in raising student attainment.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
