About the Role
The Admin Assistant will support the school office and wider staff team by performing a range of administrative duties, contributing to the efficient running of the school.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Handling telephone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Maintaining school records, databases, and filing systems.
Assisting with student attendance monitoring and reporting.
Supporting scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and school activities.
Preparing letters, reports, and other communications for staff, parents, and external agencies.
Managing office supplies and ensuring the administrative area is organised.
Assisting with compliance, safeguarding, and data protection requirements as needed.
Providing ad-hoc support to staff and leadership teams as required.
Candidate Requirements
