Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Economics lessons to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school's continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Economics at the secondary school level, preferably with A-Level experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Economics curriculum and current teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
