Key Responsibilities
Provide holistic, independent financial advice aligned to client goals and regulatory standards
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism
Deliver advice across areas such as retirement planning, investments, protection, and estate planning
Operate within FCA regulatory requirements and internal compliance frameworks
Contribute positively to the firm’s culture, values, and long-term growth strategy
Candidate Requirements
QCF Level 4 qualified (minimum)
Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
Strong compliance history and client-centric approach
Professional, ethical, and values-driven
Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative environment
Desirable Attributes
Established client relationships or demonstrable track record of advice delivery
Strong local market knowledge within the North of England
