Discovery Internship - Grad Edition: Marketing Assistant Intern (Hatter's Digital Agency)

Duties and responsibilities
- We're looking for a marketing assistant to work as part of our agency team to develop and deliver marketing campaigns.
- You'll be working with our small team on both inhouse and client projects.
- You'll be comfortable attending networking events and doing cold outreach, and you'll be good at coming up with new and innovative campaign ideas.
- We're also developing some new products and services, and you'll have a chance to help create the plan for launching and promoting these.
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who understands human centered marketing; Someone who is as interested in why people do things as they are in where they spend their money.
- A good understanding of how to build engaged audiences on social media, Google ads, and SEO would be really beneficial.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently are really important.
- We're a small team that works together and supports one another. The ability to work as part of a team is crucial.
- Design or copywriting skills would be very useful, and if you have a portfolio of work, we'd love to see it to help us with our selection process.
- The work is fast paced and you'll often find yourself working on multiple things simultaneously so you'll need to know how to manage your time and prioritise.
The most important thing for us is the right attitude and an ability to pick things up quickly.
