Responsibilities of the Garment Technologist:

• Lead the technical development process for new garments from first fit to production.
• Conduct detailed analysis of fabric and garment construction to optimise fit and function.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols throughout the production cycle.
• Collaborate closely with designers and manufacturers to ensure technical specifications are accurately translated into final products.
• Review samples at various stages of production, providing feedback and necessary adjustments.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and fit reports for all collections.
