Night shifts aren't for everyone-but neither is sitting in traffic during rush hour! If you're a skilled Engineer who thrives when the rest of the world is sleeping, I have got the role for you.

The Role:
As a Night Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
Ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high production efficiency.
Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team to continuously improve processes.
Upholding health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times.

What We're Looking For:
Engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably food/FMCG).
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
