Location: Liverpool
Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (Experience dependent)
Start Date: Immediate
Are you fluent in Bengali and English? We are looking for a dedicated individual for Bengali Translator and Exam Support to bridge the language gap for students in a local Liverpool school. This is a rewarding role where you can make a direct impact on a student's academic success.
Duties:
- Lesson Support: Helping students understand their classwork in Bengali.
- Exam Assistance: Reading or writing for students during exams to ensure they aren't held back by language.
- School Links: Helping staff and Bengali-speaking parents communicate clearly.
- Confidence Building: Encouraging students to participate and feel included in school life.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Bengali and English.
- A clear communicator who is reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a school environment.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one today).
