Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Up to £52,000 - Commercial Office - City of London - Single man Site
Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a position to manage your own site? An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in the City of London has arisen. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static Electrical Engineer to be based in the City of London, carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance on a single-man site. The successful candidate will currently be an electrical engineer and have a strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance works at various commercial properties. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £52,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Hours of Work- Monday to Friday
- 8 am to 5 pm
- Salary of £52,000
- Monday to Friday
- 1 in 4 Callout - £120 per week
- Over Time available
- 25 days Holiday (Including birthday off and mental health day)
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
- Changing taps/washers
- Managing priorities within contract constraints.
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.
- Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
- Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.
- Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical - Level 3
- 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
