Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Refurb Projects, Angel, London

We’re urgently recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a friendly, supportive commercial team on a high spec office to apartment conversion in Angel.

This role is open due to a recent backfill, and the team are keen to bring in someone who wants to be on site, learn fast, and gain hands-on exposure to a complex London refurbishment project while being mentored by a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants real project involvement rather than being sat behind a desk.

You’ll be involved in:

• Assisting with cost planning, forecasting, and reporting

• Supporting procurement and tender analysis

• Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations

• Preparing variations and supporting commercial documentation

What they’re looking for:

• Previous experience as an AQS or Trainee QS

• Refurbishment or build project exposure preferred

• Strong organisation, communication, and numeracy skills

• Someone keen to learn on site and take on responsibility quickly
