Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, with one day per week working from home and flexibility with hours.

This 3-bed home supports children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. Seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a Liverpool-based home. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and effective leadership of your team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, compassionate leadership to the staff team.
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, including care planning, safeguarding, staffing, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Lead the home to achieve and maintain an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ or above.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
- Commitment to providing trauma-informed, child-focused care.
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum
