Accounts Assistant
Role Objectives:
- To ensure that the Finance team daily tasks, detailed below, are completed
- To assist the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Key responsibilities:
- Daily cash postings (instalments, redemptions, etc.)
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Purchase ledger processing
- Employee expenses
- Petty cash
- Financial accounting
- Ad hoc project work
Experience and qualifications:
- Studier or Part Qualified AAT
- MS Office particularly Excel essential
Personal qualities:
- Diligent
- High attention to detail
- Numerical
- Adaptable (converse with different levels of the business)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management
- Friendly and approachable
- Eager to learn
