What We’re Looking For in a Registered Nurse :
NMC Registered : Fully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Clinical Expertise : Proven experience in clinical settings is essential.
Strong Communication Skills : The ability to communicate effectively at all levels is key.
Team Player : A flexible and cooperative approach is a must.
Passion for Care : A genuine interest in working within a care home setting.
