Your Role as a Support Worker:

Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a residential and community setting
Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities
Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always
Requirements:

Aged 18 or over
Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)
You must be a driver with a full UK driving licence with your own vehicle
Must be willing to travel upto an hour for work
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
