Children’s Home Registered Manager – Liverpool
Location: Liverpool & Greater Merseyside
Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 per annum + bonus

BRB Recruit are working with a number of children’s homes across Greater Merseyside, ranging from solo, dual, and multi-bed homes. We are looking to speak with passionate, experienced Deputy Managers and Registered Managers who are ready for a new opportunity to utilise and expand their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a children’s home, ensuring high standards of care

*

Support and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding outcomes

*

Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards

*

Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children

*

Embed therapeutic approaches into everyday practice

*

Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners

*

Monitor and improve outcomes for children and young people

Requirements:

*

Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)

*

Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred)

*

Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in residential childcare

*

Strong knowledge of regulations, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards

*

Proven ability to lead teams and manage a home effectively

*

Passion for supporting children and young people to succeed
