Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care (Maghull)

Full-Time | Permanent | Brand-New 3-Bed Home

Location: Maghull, Liverpool
Salary: £15.60 per hour (plus £70 per sleep)

Flora Care Solutions provides high-quality therapeutic residential care for children with Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. As part of our continued growth, we are excited to be opening a brand-new children’s home in Maghull and are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our team.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standard of care for the children in our home. Responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts and providing guidance, mentoring, and support to staff.
• Acting as a positive role model for both children and colleagues.
• Supporting children with their educational, health, emotional, and social needs.
• Managing care plans, safeguarding procedures, and accurate record-keeping.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
• Participating in activities, community outings, and holidays.
• Working sleep-in shifts as part of the staff rota.

About You

We are looking for a compassionate and confident leader with:

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
• 2+ years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience .
• A calm, resilient, and child-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence .
