Dream medical are currently working alongside an OOH service in Liverpool looking for locum GP's on adhoc and long term basis. This excellent role allows an extreme degree of flexibility as well as a consistent stream of work at competitive rates.

The healthcare team based in Birmingham deliver holistic health care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems using advanced nursing skills. We provide services to meet the needs patients who attend the OOH and aim to make a difference to people's lives in their community.
You will work alongside a small team of fellow dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professionals. We support each other in any way we can by holding regular meetings / development sessions / social events.

The role will also involve:

Supervise nursing staff in matters relating to the treatment of patients
Encourage and support the GP provision of the services to promote the medical and clinical services delivery as contracted in a timely manner

Encourage the health and well-being of all medical and clinical staff within the practice and promote efficient working methods

Make professional, autonomous decisions

Assess the healthcare needs of our patients and screen for disease risk factors and early signs of illness while developing treatment and associated care plans

Refer patients to other care providers as required

Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes
