Governance Manager
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Corporate Services & Company Secretary, the Governance Manager will:
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice to the leadership team on governance matters within the not-for-profit sector.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, reports, and minutes.
- Monitor and report on governance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for governance-related queries within the organisation.
- Ensure accurate records of governance documentation are maintained and updated.
- Support the development and delivery of governance training for staff and board members.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold best practices in governance.
