Admin Assistant - Liverpool

Role Responsibilities
As an Admin Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintaining accurate student records, databases, and filing systems.
Supporting attendance procedures, including monitoring absences and liaising with pastoral staff.
Assisting with school correspondence, letters, newsletters, and internal communications.
Organising and supporting school events, meetings, and parent evenings.
Providing general administrative support to the office and senior leadership team as required.
Ensuring the reception area and office present a professional image to staff, students, and visitors.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within a school or educational setting.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Professional, approachable, and friendly communication style.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
