The Specialist We Are Seeking
We are looking for a teacher who is ready to drive excellence and bring both enthusiasm and a relentless pursuit of knowledge
to the classroom and laboratory. The successful candidate will:
• Be a Subject Champion: Possess an infectious passion for biology, chemistry, or physics (or combined science), inspiring
curiosity, experimentation, and practical skill development in students.
• Insist on High Standards: Have an unwavering commitment to the success of all students, leveraging creativity and
Innovation to ensure measurable progress and high attainment for students of all abilities.
• Embrace Development: Be a highly reflective practitioner, eager to share expertise and actively engage with the Trust's
extensive professional development network.
• Contribute Systemically: Be ready to contribute to KS3/KS4 curriculum design and the broader strategic improvement goals
of the department, especially concerning practical work and STEM pathways.
