Window Processor
Key responsibilities
• Measure, cut, and prepare glass, frames, and other materials according to precise specifications.
• Deal with customer enquiries.
• Operate machinery such as saws, cutting tables, and CNC equipment to process window components.
• Assemble frames, sashes, and glazing units, ensuring correct alignment and secure fittings.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Apply sealants, gaskets, and other finishing materials to complete window units.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow job orders.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Experience of EVOLUTION is advantageous.
Skills
• Proficient in measuring and cutting materials accurately.
• Knowledge of diverse types of windows and their installation techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain power tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to window installation.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience of EVOLUTION is preferred.
