What you'll do:

Lead the kitchen with energy and vision - from concept development to daily service
Create innovative, original menus that celebrate seasonality and tell a story through every plate
Inspire, develop, and manage a talented team in a fast-paced environment
Champion exceptional presentation, flavour, and guest experience
Help shape the entire restaurant offering and build something genuinely different

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Head Chef (or strong Sous ready for the next step) in a busy, high-standard kitchen
A highly creative chef who thrives on developing bold, imaginative dishes and seasonal concepts
Natural leadership skills - someone who can motivate and get the best from their team
A real understanding of food storytelling, beautiful presentation, and delivering memorable guest journeys
Personality, passion, and the drive to translate character into every element of the menu and kitchen culture
