As a SEN Learning Support Assistant , you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support and assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN) within our client's vibrant and inclusive learning environment. Located in the thriving city of Liverpool, Merseyside, this position offers a competitive daily rate of £100, making it an attractive prospect for those looking to excel in their field.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, working closely with teachers to implement individualised learning plans, offering one-on-one support to students, and fostering a nurturing and empowering atmosphere that enables SEN students to thrive. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, sharing best practices and learning from each other to deliver the highest quality of support.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a genuine passion for working with SEN students, along with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate patience, and adapt your approach to suit the individual requirements of each student will be crucial. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ in Teaching Assistance or equivalent, would be highly advantageous.
