About the Opportunity – Account Management with IT Support Focus

As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing and developing relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and value from our IT solutions. You’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, aligning our managed IT services to their goals, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver an excellent experience, help clients maximise their technology investments, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You’ll thrive in our supportive, inclusive environment that values proactive communication, empathy, and genuine partnership.

Key Responsibilities – Client Relationship Management & IT Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, building positive and long-lasting relationships.

  • Understand client business objectives and IT requirements, proactively identifying solutions to meet their needs.

  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.

  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and act swiftly to resolve issues or concerns.

  • Consult with clients on technology best practices, upcoming projects, and opportunities for optimisation or improvement.

  • Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and service reports to clients, demonstrating the value delivered by Aabyss.

  • Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements and business strategy.

  • Work collaboratively to contribute towards service enhancements and client success initiatives.

Experience & Skills Desired –

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in account management, client success, or a customer-facing role within IT, technology, or related service industries.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts effectively.

  • Proactive problem-solving approach with keen attention to detail.

  • Confidence using IT and digital tools; understanding of managed IT services or support processes is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • A desire for ongoing learning, professional development, and a passion for enabling client success.
