HR Shared Services Advisor
We are recruiting an HR Shared Services Advisor to join our energetic Shared Services team at our Support Centre in Speke. In this role, you will work closely with retail colleagues and managers across 780+ stores nationwide, providing generalist HR telephone advice on a varied caseload.

The role will be full time office based, in our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.
The key responsibilities are:
- Provide employee relations (ER) advice via telephone, proactively managing queries into the team
- Advise, support, and guide on all aspects of the colleague lifecycle including employee relations, employment law, contracts, disciplinary issues, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management
- Balance multiple priorities to ensure smooth resolution of ER cases
- Liaise with Senior HR Advisors to deliver complex ER advice and guidance to senior leaders
The skills and experience required are:
- An interest in starting a career in HR, with a willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing a high-volume caseload with accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using in-house tracking and reporting systems
- A friendly, supportive, and empathetic approach
- Ability to make informed, fact-driven decisions
