The Role

• Deliver engaging and stimulating Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love for performance and theatre arts.

• Prepare students for external examinations and assessments, ensuring strong academic achievement.
• Contribute to the school's wider performing arts program through plays, productions, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the broader school community.
• Play a proactive role in departmental development, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
