Who This Is Designed For

This role is specifically suited to individuals who:

• Have worked self-employed or commission-only previously
• Are comfortable with variable income and delayed gratification
• Have sold B2B services into SMEs (payments, EPOS, telecoms, energy, finance, SaaS, merchant services, etc.)
• Can confidently self-generate and manage their own pipeline
• Prefer autonomy, ownership, and accountability over employment security
• Are focused on recurring income and portfolio growth , not short-term commission chasing

If you are early in your sales career or looking to be trained into sales, this is not the right environment.

The Commercial Reality

This is a volume-driven SME sales model.

Experienced partners typically close 15–20 deals per month once established.

At BoonPay, this equates to:

• £4,000–£5,000 per month in upfront commission
• £2,000–£3,000 per month in residual income by the end of year one
• Ongoing lifetime residuals that compound month after month

Figures are based on card acquiring alone and exclude EPOS and additional services , which increase deal value.

Residual income is the core of this opportunity.
You are building a book of business, not working for a payslip.
